Recently renovated, it consists of: 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (connected by an anteroom to the two bedrooms to ensure greater privacy), a large living room with a double sofa bed and a perfectly equipped kitchen. The space The apartment is in the center and is located on the first floor of a quiet building. Below the building there is a pizzeria, a bar and an ice cream parlor. The nearest parking is for a fee (about €10 per day); however, if you book this apartment, you can completely forget about the car because you can easily reach all the main services on foot. Within a radius of 400/500 m there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, restaurants, bars, ATMs, Italian post offices, a bus stop, equipped beaches and a port from which ferries depart to visit the other locations of the lake. Guest access Guests can freely use all the internal areas of the apartment, with the exception of the utility room, reserved for cleaning materials and linen changes. Other things to note CHECK-IN RULES: We remind you that at the time of check-in you must provide the documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment to carry out the mandatory registration. Also at the time of check-in, payment of the tourist tax on behalf of the municipality of Toscolano Maderno will be requested on site, which corresponds to €1 per person per day (children up to 14 years of age are exempt from payment). We would like to point out that the scheduled check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. For arrivals outside this time slot, and in particular after 8:00 p.m., there is a surcharge of €30, to be paid directly to the person in charge who will welcome you. This amount is required because check-in takes place outside normal service hours, resulting in overtime for staff.
