With High ceilings, modern finishes, and a sleek modern vibe, this Historical 100 yr old property has been completely revived from top to bottom! Everything is new, modernized and refreshed. Perfect for short or mid-term stays, this is a perfect space for a small family or friends trip where you like your serene privacy but want to be near all the action. If you're interested in housing more people, please inquire about adding the main house, there's a three bedroom top unit and a two bedroom daylight basement unit - we may be able to accommodate. Just blocks from Albany's downtown district, there's the Antique mall, along with 100's of shops, restaurants, museum, live theaters, Historical Carousel and Museum. We kindly ask, if pets travel with you, there is a pet cleaning fee . Let us know upon booking. You must keep them with you or in their crates. No pets on furniture. This unit is all laminate with throw rugs, so please lay down a dog blanket first, if they must be on one of the rugs. If your pets have been outdoors, we ask that they please have their feet cleaned at entrance with their dedicated doggy towel. We appreciate the mindfulness and collaboration in keeping everything as sanitary as possible and thinking of the next guests to come. Guest access While looking at the front of the property follow the driveway to the right of the house. At the end of the driveway will be a fence with a gate. There is a metal cord you can pull to open the gate into the backyard. Follow the path to the Carriage House at the back. The entrance is along the left side with a keypad to unlock and access your Little Home. Parking is available first come, first serve. However RESERVED parking is avail. $10 per night . Other things to note Please note correct pricing is based on correct guest count. Enhance Your Stay Today! Add an early check-in ($25), grab a late check-out ($25), bring a second pet ($40 IF APPLICABLE), reserve the entire driveway ($10/night IF APPLICABLE), grab a pack-n-play ($10), and/or have exclusive use of the backyard ($10/day IF APPLICABLE). Interested in hosting a gathering/event? Ask us! Pricing is dependent on total guest count. Pet Policy: We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.
