Chapel View is a cosy and relaxing space in the heart of this ancient fishing village, only a 3 minute walk from the harbour and a stones throw away from the beaches, bars, high street and restaurant’s. You will have everything you need, right on your doorstep. You will have everything you need, right on your doorstep. Chapel view a the perfect spot to use as a base whilst exploring Cornwall, or just 'down suitcases and relax’. It is in the centre of the beautiful St Ives. Which is one of the most popular towns in Cornwall. Boasting fabulous beaches, excellent galleries and beautiful coastal walks. It has something for everyone, from those that enjoy looking at the harbour to those that enjoy exploring the charming shops. Unfortunately the apartment does not come with parking, as it is so central. However, there are several reasonably priced car parks, within 10 mins walk. The property allows for drop of luggage prior to parking up and starting your holiday. The space The contemporary interior of the apartment has been inspired by the history of the property. Offering beautiful views of the sea, which can be seen from every window providing you with a sense of peace and tranquility. Once you cross the threshold you will be able to head straight into the open planned kitchen/living room. Here you will be able to unwind on the plush sofas in front of the TV after a day full of exploring. Later you can finish the evening with the fully-equipped kitchen where you can help the designated chef of the group whip up tasty meals. The local Co-op that is opposite the apartment will have everything you need to fully stock up the integrated fridge/freezer and the full sized dishwasher will keep the cleaning required to minimum, meaning less work for you. The apartment also has a table that seats 4, two stools will be stored upstairs. If cooking is not your idea of fun then you can head out for some food at one of the fantastic restaurants that the area has to offer and there is a lot of them! The main bedroom has a king size bed which offers plenty of storage and another great view. The additional mezzanine floor offers addition space. There is a restricted head height, although still offers that comfortable scenic space which I thoroughly enjoy myself. It has two chaise longues which convert to a king size or two single beds, and again, has a fantastic view of the sea. Due to unguarded heights and steep stairs the apartment is only suitable for children 12 and over. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. If you need either the mezzanine floor bed/s or the sofa bed made up, please specify 3 (or more) guests. This will ensure that the correct linen can be provided (I'm afraid there is a small extra charge to cover linen cost). Guest access The whole apartment is available to you. As specified, there is plenty of public car parking in St Ives, and it is fine to stop outside to unload. Our preferred car park is the 'Park Avenue' just above the apartment, however, the rugby club is more cost effective, if a little further away
