Bwthyn Y Bannau is a newly converted barn on a Welsh small holding nestled into the hillside. From the upstairs balcony, you can enjoy a clear view of the valley with the Skirrid, Sugarloaf and Blorenge framing the horizon, and a stunning sunset! We’re just 8 miles from Chepstow, 10 from Tintern Abbey, and 12 from Abergavenny. Visit us for breathtaking views, big skies and birdsong. The space The cottage is located across the yard from the main farm house, but has it’s own parking space and outdoor seating area to enjoy. You’ll enter into an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, with an adjacent bathroom. Upstairs is a large double room with further seating designed to give you a cracking view over the fields as you relax into the evening. A Juliet balcony lets properly soak in the view. Other things to note Guests should be aware that the hosts have two very friendly dogs, cats and horses on the property where the cottage is located. The cottage backs onto the stables so sometimes horses can be heard from inside the cottage.
