Country house in a gated community, ideal for couples (with or without children) who want to relax in a charming little town near São Paulo. The house has just been built with great affection and is ready to provide moments of tranquility and joy with great security and comfort. The space The House has air-conditioning in all rooms, heated Jacuzzi, volleyball court, barbecue area, full kitchen with dishwasher and condominium security with 24-hour patrol. There are 1000 m2 of private space to use, all within a gated community with a lot of security. We always leave some items, such as assorted wines and “pay per use” coffee capsules for the guest's convenience. Alexa is in the house to function as a speaker and also answer your questions about how to turn on the Jacuzzi, how to use the dishwasher or how to have fun with the vintage video game available in the house! Guest access Guests are welcome to walk around the condominium, visit the central square (where there are often events with food trucks and a variety of attractions), and can reach the Atibaia River, which passes within the condominium! Just don't forget to always keep your pet on a leash during these tours and to collect its waste ☺️
