Quiet room with an ideal location

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Ideal for students and commuters. Very good infrastructure! The space Room 2 consists of 2 single beds.(Photo 2 to see) Private sink available in the room. Another room right next door is also bookable on Airbnb. All rooms can be requested with an additional air bed. All rooms are fully furnished. A DVD TV and a 1000 Mbps WiFi connection are at the guest's disposal Guest access The entire living unit consists of a bathroom and kitchen. As an option, guests can share the living rooms and American kitchens on the upper floor and attic, if available. A beautiful garden is also available in rare cases but only by arrangement. Other things to note The parking spaces outside the house are not subject to a charge but unfortunately limited to 2 hours with a parking disc, which you can possibly readjust again and again ;-) The restriction only applies from Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM. And Saturday from 7 AM to 3 PM. A private garage is also available to the guest for a fee. €10 per day. A Lidl and Edeka are very close and within walking distance. As well as a pharmacy and several doner kebab shops. The Ehninger swimming pool is less than a 5-minute walk.
