Our condo, located on the 5th floor of Building 3, offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico that you can enjoy from the comfort of our screened-in balcony. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset, the views here are unparalleled. Condo Features: Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements: Rest easy in our king-sized bed, ensuring you wake up refreshed and ready to explore. Relaxing Living Area: Unwind on our reclining sofa and chair while watching your favorite shows on the smart TV. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Our newly renovated kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to cook your favorite meals. Enjoy cooking in our kitchen with new cabinets, countertops, and appliances! We provide two rolls of paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher pods for your convenience. Modern Bathroom: The full bathroom has been freshened up with new cabinets and a beautiful new shower. It comes with a week's supply of shampoo, conditioner, and soap for bathing. Beach Gear Provided: Beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach blanket, a cooler, and a wagon are available for your use, making your beach trips hassle-free. Beach towels are also provided so you can pack light. Laundry: A community laundry room has 6 washers and dryers and can be located downstairs in Building 3. Entry to the laundry room is outside of the front of our building by the lobby. Take the sidewalk to the entrance of the building. As you enter the building from the back entrance, take the elevator up to the 5th floor, Unit 3505. Enter the key code to enter the unit (will be provided the day before check-in). Parking passes can be obtained in the bottom level of building 4. We have provided a temporary parking pass in case the office is closed. Other things to note There is construction going on at the property for restoration from Hurricane's Ian, Helene, and Milton. Our unit is not affected and is ready for guests, however they are working on tennis courts, roofs, and drainage to restore the property back to it's once beautiful state. Pools have been restored and are now open!
