Access in 22 minutes to Châtelet, 20 minutes to Gare du Nord. The space The apartment is on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard and is very quiet and cool in summer. It is located on a street famous for its many villas and houses that earned it the nickname "countryside in Paris". You can use the entire apartment and will find at your disposal a fully equipped kitchen, an ideal bedroom for a couple with ensuite bathroom.
