Family and quiet apartment in a residence, which can accommodate up to 7 adults + 2 children and located 12min walk from metro line 5 (Bobigny, Pantin, Raymond Queneau stop) with shops and bus stops nearby. All rooms open onto the large, quiet, pleasant and green balcony The balcony will allow you to have lunch in the shade and dine in the sun. The space The accommodation is located on the second floor with elevator and accessible for people with reduced mobility (on one level except for the access to the balcony where there is a step). The bathrooms are equipped with heated towel rails. The accommodation sleeps 7 on a bed (or sofa bed). We can provide 2 small mattresses (child size) at an additional cost. Guest access Accommodation in a gated and green residence (access by code or badge). A parking space is available in the underground garage of the residence (electric gate). Other things to note Two adult bicycles can be provided on request.
