The space The house features two bedrooms: Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: Double bed Single sofa bed (please let us know if you need the sofa bed.) The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, along with a complete set of appliances to make you and your family feel right at home. You'll find a microwave, kettle, fridge, pans and pots, dishes, spoons, forks, and more. For your convenience, we have provided a washing machine in the laundry area. Our location offers excellent accessibility. You'll find yourself within walking distance of the Circle shopping centre and the nearest bus stop. Additionally, the train Station is conveniently close by. Here is some additional helpful information: Heating and cooling There are split system in our bedrooms. Please turn on to adjust the temperature to your liking. Kitchen Please help yourself to anything in the kitchen (tea, coffee, salt, olive oil, etc.). Feel free to use our cooking ware, utensils, and appliances. Remember to wash all dishes and utensils prior to leaving. Trashbags are kept underneath the sink. Laundry You also have washer and dryer. The washing powder and cleaning supplies are in the cupboard. Getting around 1 mins walks to the bus stop on Ascot Vale Rd 4 mins walk to Ascot Vale Station If you are looking for a restaurant, one of my favorites is Laksa King restaurant; it is located at 6-12 Pin Oak Crescent, Flemington The nearest Woolworth store is a 5-minute walk from the house.
