Beautiful lakefront condo on the lake Almanor peninsula. A 2 bedroom 2 bath with large deck and exquisite view of the lake. Water access and a private boat slip at the shared dock. Enjoy a short walk to the red onion restaurant to grab a bite or a refreshment. The Peninsula market is conveniently located across the street. The dock is removed seasonally in October and is returned in May. The space Master bedroom has a king bed and master bath with shower. Guest bedroom has a full bed. The guest bathroom shower/tub is located in the hall. There is a 2 year old queen size sofa bed in the living room. Exquisite views of the lake and short walk to the shared dock with assigned boat slip. Great place to swim, fish, boat, or relax. Other things to note Share your advice Boat launch There are two places to launch your boat close to the condo. One is big cove resort and the other is knotty pine resort. They do charge a launch fee, I would check with them to confirm. I would say big cove is the easier launch out of the two.
