Renovated 130 m2 house – river and large garden

Come and discover this bright house, nestled in the heart of Beaujolais, where you will find calm and serenity! The house is at the intersection of two streams and a river (the Azergues). Not very deep, but so nice to cool off and listen to the sound of water in the garden surrounded by greenery. Nature lovers, you will be seduced! Hiking, biking, swimming, resting. Everything is there to relax. The space Welcome to La Grenouillère! Our house is a very old U-shaped stone building. You will stay in the river side part for your stay. You enter a large, very bright room that includes the kitchen, living room, and dining room. The room overlooks the garden with a large bay window that makes you feel like you're outside! Soon a terrace... (June 2024). At the end of this room, an office/guest room. A sofa bed for 2 people if you are 6 adults. A corridor leads to the three bedrooms: a master suite with a 180 bed, shower and toilet, a baby room (barred bed), a third bedroom with a 160 bed and a spacious bathroom (shower, toilet and bathtub). Outside, you can enjoy the large garden overlooking the river or fields. A peaceful oasis for your waterfront lunches! We provide you with: table, chairs, barbecue... We wanted this house to be cozy, spacious and family-friendly! Please let us know if you have any questions!! Other things to note There are only two double beds in two of the bedrooms. The third bedroom is a baby bed. If you are 6, two adults will be in the living room/office on a sofa bed! There is no door or shutter in this room but it is a little bit out of the way.
