The space A very large and lovingly furnished and cozy apartment awaits you right in the heart of our farm. All around are the pastures of our horses as well as only small thoroughfares. From the kitchen window, you can look directly over the beautiful garden with fish pond to the horses in the adjacent paddock area. The large and fully equipped kitchen invites you to a cooking evening. In the morning, you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun on a short distance directly in front of the kitchen in the garden area with seating area. In the summer months it is refreshingly cool down in the hallway as well as in the kitchen through the north side and also very pleasant for four-legged friends. Upstairs you will find a very spacious hallway, a large bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, sufficient storage space, sink with mirror and hairdryer as well as towels. The small guest toilet is equipped with a toilet and towels next to a sink. Depending on the booking, you use the large living room with single bed, wardrobe, sofa bed as well as a small sofa, TV and desk with lamp. On the other side of the hallway is a beautifully decorated double bedroom, dresser and very large wardrobe for enough storage space as well as a full-length mirror. The two skylights invite you to the starry sky or can be completely darkened. In the opposite livingroom there is a large sofa with coffee table and TV. The windows can also be completely blacked out. Families with children have access to a large climbing frame with giant sandpit, wooden horse and other play utensils, fenced directly in the garden of the apartment. For children aged 2.5-8 years, it is possible to participate in our riding courses or to book a ride. A grill with charcoal and lighter can be booked for an extra charge. Guest access A parking space is available in the yard in front of the garden fence of your apartment. In your fenced garden, you are welcome to use the chairs and tables there. A grill with charcoal and cutlery can be provided for a fee. Feel free to contact us or book this service when booking the accommodation. Other things to note Due to the agricultural operation and the riding school, there may be some activity noise during the day on the farm (horses, children, tractors, etc.) Your four-legged guests are welcome here. However, we require your dog to be dog- and cat-friendly. Please refrain from feeding the horses or fish in the garden pond.
