The space The apartment is located on the third floor of a quiet street near the beach, offering the perfect balance between relaxation and convenience. You’ll find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, whether you’re traveling with friends, family, or as a couple. With a cozy double bed and a comfortable sofa bed, the space accommodates up to four guests, but it is ideally suited for couples with or without children. Enjoy the nearby attractions, restaurants, and the beautiful coastline just minutes away! Guest access The entire property. Other things to note Quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The cleaning costs are used to clean the floors, sheets and towels, if additional cleaning or difficult stains are necessary, there will be a supplement. Check-out time at 11:00 in the morning. For stays longer than 3 weeks a supplement for the electricity that passes 50€ is charged. Extra sheets and/or towels during your stay will implicate a surcharge of 20€. Legalized housing, paying licenses, insurance, taxes, etc. (Official guest registration is required at check-in. Spanish Law) We will ask you for a damage deposit of 200€ upon arrival by registering a credit card that the system will pre-authorize.
