Enjoy your stay in Sarasota in this centrally located, modern guest suite. You'll be less than 15 mins from downtown where you can enjoy the marina, world-class restaurants, bars, and boutique stores. Siesta Beach, Lido Beach, and St. Armands Circle are also a 20 min drive away. You'll have access to our entire guest suite and a dedicated, private outdoor space. The property was recently renovated in 2024, includes a dedicated AC unit for your comfort and shares one wall with the main house. The space The property consists of one bedroom with a king-sized bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a kitchen with all major appliances, and a spacious, fully private outdoor space with a table for two for al fresco dining and relaxing. More details... //BEDROOM / LIVING ROOM The bedroom has a king-sized day bed that can convert into a couch for additional space should you need it. The mattresses are 6 inch memory foam and the sheets are high-quality microfiber to ensure a cool and comfortable night's sleep. You'll also find ample storage with a six draw dresser and under-bed storage available (here you'll also find additional bedding should you need it). Also within the bedroom / living room space are two chairs and a side table that can be opened up and converted into a sizable dining table for two. The room also comes with a full length mirror, a 55" TV and a dedicated AC unit. //KITCHEN The kitchen comes equipped with a full-sized oven and electric stove top, along with all essential cookware items, such a pots, pans, knifes, and chopping boards. You'll also have silverware, glassware and plates along with utensils, including a bottle opener, can opener, grater, strainer, and other helpful kitchen items. We've also provide a Keurig with Starbucks coffee pods for you enjoyment during your stay, as well as a French press. Salt, pepper, olive oil and water bottles are also provided. You'll have access to a fridge, freezer, microwave and toaster, along with a water heater/kettle. For safety, we also provide a fire extinguisher under the sink for emergency uses. //BATHROOM The bathroom is a full-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower, a vanity and sink combo with a hair dryer located within the vanity cabinet. Within the storage space, you'll also find additional towels, beach towels and toilet roll. //OUTSIDE SPACE Outside you'll find a table with seating for up to two people. The table comes equipped with a large umbrella and the rest of the outdoor space is fully enclosed for your total privacy. There is also ample lighting outside (including string lights) so you can enjoy the outdoor space even after sunset. //PARKING Off-street, private parking is available for up to two cars during your stay. //OTHER Within the kitchen area is a storage closet which you are more than welcome to use. It's a great space for coats, jackets or anything you'd like to hang on a clothes hanger. Within this closet you'll also find beach chairs which are available to use at any point during your stay. //SHARED WALL Since this is a guest suite, one wall share with the main property, however we've added extra insulation to the shared wall to ensure you have an extremely quiet and peaceful stay! Guest access To access the property you'll enter from the front through a gate, after which you'll enter your 4-digit code to unlock the main entry/exit door to gain access. This code will be provided to you ahead of your stay and should you have any troubles at all with the lock, no need to worry, we have an access key available for you to use if needed.
