Casa Terracotta – For peace, space & reflection

Enjoy a quiet, private room in my shared home, including the luxury of a 2-person infrared sauna. The house is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Doetinchem, just a 3- to 5-minute walk from the station and about a 25-minute walk from the lively city center. The wooded area is also close by, ideal for nice walks and bike rides. Bicycles can be safely stored at the back of the garden. Sometimes I also offer space here for silence, reflection or coaching. The space ype￥￥￥ ￥￥￥￥ The spacious 50 m² living room is on the ground floor, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The kitchen, toilet and bathroom were completely renovated three years ago and furnished with modern amenities. The house has been completely refreshed since last March with new stucco and paint. The house is completely gas-free and carefully decorated, which contributes to a quiet, comfortable and sustainable living environment. ype￥￥yphe In the utility room, there is a washing machine that you are free to use. All amenities are included in the rental, so you don't have to worry about anything. ￥ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‬ ‬ On the first floor, on the right, you will find the luxurious bathroom, which was renovated three years ago and equipped with a rain shower. This room is equipped with a large wardrobe and a spacious king-size bed (180 × 210 cm). The room door can be locked with a key for extra privacy. yphe-”￥￥￥￥” The backyard is accessible via the living room and offers a barbecue and a cozy seating area, where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. ￥ ￥ ￥ ￥ ￥ ● Access to the entire property ● Use of all appliances ● Free Wi-Fi ● Free use of the A/C on the ground floor and in the bedroom ● Comfortable and modern decor ● A quiet and relaxing environment Guest access The bathroom is shared with the host. When I am at home, I only use it when it is available. The bathroom can be locked from the inside for full privacy during use. The 2-person infrared sauna is available to guests during their stay. The double bedroom is located on the first floor, at the very end of the hallway. On this floor is also the relaxation/meditation room, which you can use as a guest. The first room on the left is private. In the backyard, you will find a barbecue and a seating area with a table that you can use. Bikes can also be stored securely in the back yard. The shed is private. The living room and kitchen are shared with the host and may be used by guests. You will receive further information upon arrival, either in person or via a message.
