Casa Terracotta – For peace, space & reflection

Feel at home in my house: an oasis of peace in warm terracotta spheres. You have your own private room and the luxury of a 2-person infrared sauna, where you can relax and unwind. Centrally located on the outskirts of Doetinchem, within cycling distance of the city center, train station and forest, perfect for walks and bike rides. On request, I am happy to provide a fresh and simple breakfast (€7.50 p.p.), prepared with care. Sometimes I also offer space for silence, reflection or coaching. The space 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗲 ground The spacious living of 50 m² is located on the ground floor, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen, toilet and bathroom were completely renovated three years ago and equipped with modern amenities. The house has been completely refreshed since last March with new stucco and paint. 𝗕𝗶𝗷𝗸𝗲𝘂𝗸𝗲𝗻 In the utility room there is a washing machine that you can use freely. All amenities are included in the rental, so you don't have to worry about anything. First aid On the first floor, on the right, you will find the luxurious bathroom, which was renewed three years ago and equipped with a rain shower. For extra comfort and convenience, I offer: - Clean, 100% cotton sheets and towels - Beds are made up upon arrival - Shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom - A hairdryer - Basic cooking essentials and cleaning products for the kitchen Private information A 2-person infrared sauna, exclusively for guests. Perfect for relaxing and unwinding completely during your stay. 𝗦𝗹𝗮𝗮𝗽𝗸𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗿 The bedroom is located at the end of the hallway. This space is equipped with a large wardrobe and a comfortable bed of 210 cm by 200 cm. The room door can be locked with a key for extra privacy. 𝗔𝗰𝗛𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗶𝗻 The backyard is accessible through the living room and offers a barbecue and a cozy seating area, where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. Guest access The bathroom and the 2-person infrared sauna are private for the guest. When I am at home, I only use it if they are not occupied. There's a lock box on the bathroom that can only be controlled from the inside. You will stay in a cozy double room on the first floor, all the way at the end of the hallway. The other rooms in the house are private. In the backyard there is a barbecue and a seat with table, which can be used. The shed is private. Other things to note Welcome to my home. I live on the upper floor, but due to work, sports and taking care of my vegetable garden, I am often not present.
