The charm of its old stones combined with the modernity of its layout will allow you to escape in its atypical setting. Ideally located close to the bike paths, you can easily reach the beaches (Sauveterre, Aubraie, Paracou), the marshes and the Sauveterre forest. The space Our house consists of a large living room with an open kitchen/living room as well as a dining room with a bar area. You will also find three bedrooms: - a master suite with a 160 double bed with a shower room and a toilet - one bedroom with two single beds of 80 cm that can be pushed together to make a bed of 160 cm (a baby cot can be easily installed there) - a third bedroom with a single bed on the mezzanine (more for children) as well as a sofa bed to accommodate three additional people There is also a second shower room as well as a separate toilet. Our large south-facing wooden terrace, with a dining table and a low lounge, will allow you to enjoy the Vendée sun. You will also find a second more shaded garden furniture for relaxing moments in our flowery garden. The garden is completely fenced. You can bring your bikes in for safety. Guest access The entire house will be reserved for you except for the shed located in the garden which will be closed and not accessible.
