Also close to the "School of Homer" Available in the winter months too, you will find the warmth of the wood stove lit, upon arrival. The space It is a spacious studio with high ceiling and stone floor. It is very well equipped, so comfortable, it could suit a long stay. A large couch to unwind along with a lovely plant filled balcony to lounge, create a comforting atmosphere. Kitchen is also very large and well equipped Basic amenities are provided, along with a welcome basket with local products. For the cooler winter months, besides the wood stove and the warmth of the flames, warm duvets are provided. This place is the top floor of a house, where the owner lives in the lower floor and can assist any time of the day. Guest access The studio is located in the top floor of one of the 3 units of Ionian Breeze. It is an independent studio with private entrance covering the whole floor. Other things to note Ionian Breeze is situated within a small settlement in the North Part of Ithaki. It sits on a hill right on top of Afales Bay, enjoying spectacular views. The area around it is lush, offering beautiful walks all around it. Generally it is very quiet with s sense of a village life, very simple, unpretentious and welcoming. Though a bit remote, everything is within a short drive, like numerous beaches all over, the small fishing village of Frikes or the main village of Stavros. And another 5 min further, the stunning village of Exhoghi or the more well know and cosmopolitan village of Kioni.
