The gourmet area has a swimming pool with a waterfall, barbecue grill, electric stove, outdoor shower, bathroom, television and a brewery refrigerator. Our space is ideal for families who want to intersperse local commitments with moments of leisure and rest. The space The property's rooms have air conditioning, bed linen and enough towels for 4 guests. The social bathroom has an electric shower and glass enclosure, unlike the bathroom in the gourmet area, which only has a conventional shower. The pool is delivered clean and ready for use, however, it has an average duration of 2 to 3 days with a clear appearance, after which it begins to become cloudy and with an accumulation of dirt at the bottom. Therefore, we ask that you avoid entering the pool with products that may leave residues in the water, as a fee of R$ 80.00 will be charged if the customer wants a new cleaning. Our parking space can accommodate a sedan car. If the car is a pickup truck, it will not fit inside the house, however, the street is quiet and has a watchman. Guest access Guests will have access to all rooms in the house, with access to only a few cabinets containing items for changing bed linens and cleaning the room being private.
