You can then stroll through the Batignolles district of Paris' 17th arrondissement, located just a few minutes' walk from the apartment! Information - Check-in between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - Check-out 11 a.m. The space The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a well-maintained building, in the heart of the Épinettes district in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, surrounded by many shops, restaurants, cafés and a few minutes' walk from the Batignolles district and Martin Luther King Park. You will also be about a 20-minute walk from the famous Butte Montmartre! Located a 5-minute walk from Metro Line 13: "Guy Môquet Station" and "Brochant Station" and a 7-minute walk from "Porte de Clichy Station" to take the RER C, which will take you directly to the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides and Notre-Dame de Paris, but also the brand new Line 14 to access the Opéra Garnier, the Louvre or the Olympic Stadium of Saint-Denis. The tram and several bus stops are also nearby for easy access to the city center. You will therefore be ideally placed to quickly reach the iconic monuments of the Capital as well as all the flagship venues of the 2024 Olympic Games! This apartment includes: - A bright living room with a sofa, a comfortable retractable bed, two bedside tables, a storage cabinet, a coffee table, a bar with high chairs, a TV with its support furniture, a bench for your reading moments, three seats, a beautiful carpet and many paintings to contemplate! - A bathroom with bath/shower, sink and toilet (Electric towel dryer at your disposal) - A fully equipped open kitchen (fridge with freezer, induction stove, sink, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, appliances etc.). You will also have access to a small private room at the stairwell to fully use a washing machine. All linen including bed sheets and towels are provided. The apartment does not have carbon monoxide alarms. For check-ins: - Check-in from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. (Arrivals after 9 p.m. may be subject to an additional €25 to be paid on arrival for late check-in) - Check-out by 11 a.m. Please let us know your arrival time at the airport/train station as soon as possible so that we can arrange the delivery of keys in the best conditions. As a rental agency, we will ask our guests to confirm their identity upon arrival at the apartment. A condition report and an inventory of the furniture will be available in the apartment and will be acknowledged by the guest upon arrival.
