Cabin by the sea

Child-friendly paradise in the Stockholm archipelago with access to its own beach. Here you live in a small, charming cottage near the sea with only 50 m to your own child-friendly beach that offers sun from morning to early evening. You have access to a large plot of land with its own soccer field, trampoline and a liana from which you can swing out over the water. The space The Lillstugan is located on our property in Furusund. The cottage, which is located near the large main house, has two bedrooms, a living room with sea view, kitchen, toilet, shower and balconies on both sides of the house. One with outdoor furniture and a large dining table that can accommodate many guests. The kitchen is small, but newly renovated and functional. It is equipped with a stove with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Dishwasher is missing. The house has municipal water. There are 5-6 beds including one double bed, one single bed and one bunk bed with extra wide bottom bed. In the living room, there is a dining table with up to 6 seats and a small sofa. There is access to Wi-Fi, but TV is missing. Behind the house, there is a large soccer field suitable for soccer, play or kubb games and a little bit from the house, down by the water, there is a private sandy beach that you have access to. On the property, there is also a jetty and rowboat to borrow. If you have your own boat, a berth can be arranged for an additional fee. Guest access You will have the entire cottage with two patios to yourselves. The cottage is located on the same property as a larger residential house where we live. You have access to and can be on the entire property including the jetty and beach. There is a trampoline, soccer field and a liana/swing that goes out over the water. The plot and the beach are shared with those who live in the larger residential house. Other things to note The cottage is not suitable for those who are disabled and have difficulty walking. There are stairs and uneven ground to enter the cabin. Guests clean themselves and bring their own sheets.
