Where you will sleep: This condo can accommodate up to 5 guests. ✴️Bedroom 1: Queen bed with luxurious 2 inch foam mattress topper, 32 inch smart TV with direct access to the bathroom. ✴️Loft: 2 Twin beds. Accessed by spiral staircase. ✴️Free WIFI ✴️Linens: Unlike most Edisto Beach hosts, we provide all linens for guests including bath towels, bath cloths and all bedding. ✴️ You will arrive to a complimentary welcome basket that includes water bottles, coffee pods, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and dishwasher tablets to get you started! Kitchen: fully equipped with a mid-size refrigerator, Keurig coffee pot, microwave, oven, toaster and all necessary cooking utensils. We strive to provide hand soap and dishwashing liquid, but availability cannot be guaranteed. Laundry: Compact washer and dryer are available for guest use. Outdoor Space: Relax on the deck while sipping on your morning coffee overlooking the 17th hole on a prestige golf course. You may find friendly deer in the well manicured landscape. ⚠️Wyndham Resort Amenities: Additional amenities on site includes 3 pools, Beach Cabana, tennis & pickleball courts, putt putt golf course, play ground area, bike and beach equipment rentals. The pool amenities are separate from our rental and require reservations/additional fees.
