NOT PER PERSON). Paying this fee they'll provide you with two key fobs to have access to all the areas and it will authorize you to use all condo amenities. Have a car? No problem, parking is FREE. In order to use the assigned parking space make sure to provide your vehicle information at the time of check-in. Once inside the unit you'll see a gate clicker for you to have access to the parking lot. At your check-out make sure to leave the gate clicker on the key holder inside the unit. NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES and NO PETS inside the apartment. Violators will be fined $500.00 Check-in time 4:00 PM. Contact us if you need early check in. Check-out time at 10:00 AM.
