The New Victorian Penthouse is our newest and most unique offering! Our Penthouse is a unique 3rd-story apartment above an 1880s Victorian Mansion, once deemed the “servants quarters.” This apartment is a surprisingly spacious, yet cozy 4-Bedroom, 1-Bath residence with a large living room, sunny kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Be advised, it’s 3-story walk-up! (No elevators in this old lady.) The space Once you’ve climbed the 3-story walkup to the Penhouse entrance, you will be surprised by this spacious, yet cozy and artistic apartment punctuated with angled ceilings and incredible rooftop views of sunrises, sunsets, and awe-inspiring Saint Paul Cathedral. This 4-Bedroom apartment sleeps 8 people, with room for an additional 2 guests on the pull-out sofa in living room. The bathroom features a double-vanity and shower-tub combo. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee-maker, tea kettle, cookware and eating utensils; clean up is easy with a dishwasher. Guest access Self check-in with keypad entry. Off-Street parking in the lot behind the mansion. Other things to note Off-street parking located in lot behind the mansion. This apartment is 3-story walk-up from and exterior fire escape. This mansion home also houses a boutique Bed & Breakfast establishment; thus we must maintain quiet hours between 10PM-8AM out of courtesy for our other B&B guests. Owner-Innkeeper lives on-site.
