Double room in Bedminster with private bathroom

Quiet room a 3 minute walk from bustling North Street. Sole use of private and newly decorated bathroom (please note this is downstairs through the kitchen but I will not use during your stay). My home is on a very quiet road, it is a dead end so no car noise, it’s perfect because it’s peaceful but right near everything you need from shops to pubs and restaurants. I would love to welcome you for your stay in Bristol. Guest access Bedroom and bathroom for sole use. Welcome to use the shared kitchen, dining and lounge area too if you wish. If I’m home I will welcome you in but if your arrival time is while I’m out there is a lockbox outside which I will provide you the code for, we can arrange this in advance. Also any requests for flexible check in/out time please just ask as it’s unlikely to be a problem. Thanks! During your stay I will respond asap to all messages sent through Airbnb but happy to speak in person when I’m around too of course! Other things to note During the week I wake up at 6:30 and leave the house at 7:30. Due to it being quite a small house you do usually hear noise but I will always be as quiet as I can. You will then usually have the house to yourself during the day (with some exceptions if I work from home on occasion but this would be from my room).
