The Tower at Kirklinton Hall

The Tower is a luxurious country cottage for up to two people, in the grounds of Kirklinton Hall in Cumbria - a beautiful, atmospheric, and partly ruined country house, dating back to the 17th century, all surrounded by 14 acres of formal gardens, woodland and meadows. The Tower created from part of the Hall’s peel tower, combines many original features with everyday comforts, with stone floors and underfloor heating throughout. Guest access Guests have full access to the gardens. Other things to note Kirklinton Hall is a historic ruin undergoing a long term restoration programme, so there may be occasional restoration work taking place during your stay. We always do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum. The estate is also home to two other holiday cottages and the owners’ accommodation. Please note that our two Golden Retrievers have free roam of the estate. They are extremely friendly, very sociable and love saying hello to guests. If you are uncomfortable around dogs, or have allergies, this is something to bear in mind before booking.
