While traveling abroad, we rent out our lovely home. Old family farm, over a hundred years old, renovated with love and our little hands, well equipped, spacious and comfortable, it will immediately make you feel at home! Its large 80 m2 terrace and 1000 m2 plot offer you a beautiful outdoor space. Close to all amenities and the train station, 10 minutes from the beautiful town of Saint-Ursanne, this house is an ideal starting point for your vacation in the Jura! The space On the ground floor are: - a warm entrance hall with 3 large storage cabinets - a hallway that leads to a fully equipped and functional kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, food processor, induction stove, oven, microwave, etc. Under the stairs, a small reading corner for children. - A bright living room with a table for up to 10 people, a sofa, a large TV with Netflix and PlayStation 5 and a large fireplace. Many games and toys are available for the little guests! - A small renovated bathroom with toilet and shower and shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer - 80 m2 terrace with ping pong table, BBQ, tables for 10, umbrella and access to a 1000 m2 garden with swimming pool in summer, swings, sandbox, pond, rest area. On the 1st floor: - A beautiful open space with daybed and bookcase - A first master bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a large dressing room and a baby bed with a changing table - A second adult or child bedroom with desk, 160 x 200 bench bed and children's cabin bed as well as a dresser - The little jewel of the house, a 25 m2 bathroom completely renovated into a wellness area with double Jacuzzi bathtub, rain shower, toilet, double sinks, dressing table and sauna with rest area. On the 2nd floor: - A large bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed, a dresser and a sofa convertible into a 140 x 200 bed - A bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, a dresser and an armchair All bedrooms come equipped with mosquito nets and shutters or blinds. Possibility to accommodate up to 11 people with a child, not counting a baby in the crib. A mobile air conditioner is available in the master bedroom. The laundry room is shared about 3 hours a day (2 p.m. - 5 p.m.) with the staff of the Kota B&B, unusual accommodation at the bottom of the garden. 3 private parking spaces are available in front of the house.
