Guest access All early check in’s are $50.00-no exceptions. Guests will have full access to the home with exception to a couple owners closets. Other things to note This home is located on 10 acres in the mountains. You will see the occasional stink bug and ladybug in the home after professional cleaning. Bees or other insects may fly into the cabin when doors and windows are left open. We ask you not to leave doors open and windows open at anytime. These insects may find a way inside anyways. Reminder you are in the woods. AWD and 4WD is recommended in the winter. The fireplace will be closed from March to November. ***NEW HIGH SPEED FIBER INTERNET*** If you leave dog feces on the floor or rugs, if linens are soiled, or the home is left in disarray after your stay you will incur a damage fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. If the hot tub is found cloudy or dirty after your stay and needs to be drained and cleaned you will incur a $250 fee.
