Equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, large balcony with grill. The gated community has an in-out heated pool and restaurant. Double access by: Av. Bustillo and Av. Pioneros. Close to everything The space In the second bedroom, the 2 single sommiers can be converted into a double bed, upon request. Provision of sheets and towels and pool towels for all pax. The building has an elevator. Guest access The gated community has a heated in-out pool, 25 meters long and a changing room. Restaurant to eat there, or take away.
