The Beach House - surf retreat

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A 10 min walk to the beach, nearby shops, pubs and restaurants. You can sit back and relax on the sunny patio and listen to the waves or put your feet up in the cosy sitting room. The house has been recently refurbished with oak flooring downstairs and modern kitchen and bathroom fittings, 2 parking spaces, free Wi-Fi and Smart TV. An ideal location to explore the Devon coast whether its surfing, kitesurfing, golf, long walks or more. The space 2 good sized bedrooms, one with Double bed and the other with 2 single beds. There is also a spare single mattress to have on the floor if there are 3 children or an extra guest. There is a family bathroom upstairs with a bath and shower, along with an airing cupboard which houses the dryer. Downstairs there is a living room with 3 2 seater sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed. There is a small well equipped kitchen and a downstairs toilet. The cupboard under the stairs has the hoover and dog towel and other large cleaning items. Outside is a nice patioed garden with a bench to sit out and enjoy some sunshine. There is also a BBQ there and tools in the shed. Also 2 body boards in the shed which you are welcome to borrow. Guest access The whole house and garden. Other things to note This is a quiet terraced residence and whilst we have children and a dog, and make plenty of noise in the day when we are there, we would appreciate it if you could be considerate to our lovely neighbours and not make too much noise after 11pm or before 7am. This is a non smoking house and we would appreciate you did not smoke inside at all - even with the window open. Any smoke smell will incur extra cleaning fees.
