Two apartments in a house on a family ecological estate with a tradition of more than 100 years. 10 kilometers from the highway exit, in the small village of Breznica at the end of a forest road, there is the Rose Hip Hill estate surrounded by forest and ecological plantations of damascene and isfahan roses, hazelnuts, and old varieties of apples, pears. The space The apartments are located on the first floor of a family house with a separate entrance. One apartment consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms on the gallery, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The second apartment consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a family room with a cot and the other with two single beds and a desk. The living room has a fireplace and a sofa, as well as a kitchenette and a dining area. In the bathroom there is a shower and a washing machine. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool 1.5 m deep, 7 meters long with sun loungers, and a barbecue area and children's play area. The ground floor of the house is occupied by a spacious kitchen with a dining room, as well as a cozy playroom with a home cinema – perfect for evenings with a movie or a game. We try to reduce the negative impact on the environment on the property, so the availability of certain parts of the house depends on the size of the reservation. If you want the whole house for yourself, you need to rent the whole property (10 people). Renting is only possible for one group/family. Guest access Guests have access to 5 ha of orchards where they can pick fruit freely and 5 ha of their own forest with a water source for walking and staying. There's an electric car charging station on the property. Other things to note Our property is guarded by 3 dogs, 2 deer, 4 cats and 15 chickens, a rooster and two ducks.
