Just off the main strip and a 3 minute walk to the beach, this cottage is a perfect Grand Bend getaway. Completely renovated, it boasts an open concept main living space with all the conveniences of home. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms easily accommodate 7 guests. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a day at the beach. A bbq and an evening around the fire pit is an excellent way to end your day. The space The main floor is an open concept living space with a full kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher), an island that seats several people at once, a living room with a t.v. and fireplace, and a three piece bathroom. Patio doors provide access to the large patio where you will find an outdoor shower, a bbq and a firepit. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (queen, two twins and a bunk with double on the bottom and twin on top). A full bathroom can also be found on the second floor. For your added convenience, a washer and dryer are available on the second floor.
