In our little nest close to the Étang du Ter, you will have: On the ground floor: A large veranda overlooking the horse pasture that borders the Étang du Ter where you can have your family meals as well as a relaxation area for your aperitifs, darts or improvised ping pong games thanks to the table tennis set that can be set up in seconds! A fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, induction stove, range hood, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, juicer) A living room with sofa and TV (access to Netflix) A light-filled dining room that can accommodate up to 10 people. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a large closet and the bed is 160 x 190. A toilet as well as a shower for when you return from the beach Upstairs you will find: A landing that can be used as an office as well as a play area for children. A large bedroom with two 90 x 190 beds where you can easily install the folding crib. A third bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed that can also accommodate a baby cot. Bathroom with large sink, whirlpool bath and hair dryer. A separate toilet. In the basement, with direct access to the house, you will have access to the American fridge (fridge/freezer/ice dispenser), the washing machine and dryer as well as the garage where you can store your bikes safely. In the garden you will have at your disposal a swing for children, a barbecue and various games (ball, Mölkky, beach games) You will be able to access the horse pasture, please do not feed them and do not attempt to ride them (children must be under adult supervision) - Baby kit: baby bed, changing table/bathtub, high chair, safety gate. - Free Wi-Fi (fiber optic) available. - Free parking in front of the house. - Linens, towels, bath mats included in the rental. - Ironing board and iron. - Pets are welcome, but be aware that the garden is not enclosed. - end-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the space for future visitors. The house is located in a cul-de-sac in a quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the Étang du Ter, halfway between downtown Lorient and the village of Larmor-Plage. Just 5 minutes by car from the Cité de la Voile Eric Tabarly, the submarine base, the Port de Kernevel, Villa Margaret... All this is easily accessible by bike as well as the Leclerc food store and its gas station, pharmacy, and the distributor, all within a ten-minute walk! You will have two free parking spaces in front of the house. Guest access You have the whole house for the duration of your stay.
