Guest house in Morgantown

This home is truly one of a kind. It is one of three tiny homes in a quiet setting near Sunset Marina, Cheat Lake. The home features a living room loft, covered porch, and queen sleeping nook. The brand-new unit has modern amenities. Ten-minute drive to numerous hiking areas, including WV Botanic Gardens and Coopers Rock (check out our local guide on the Airbnb App.), 12-minute drive to West Virginia University/Milan Pushkar Stadium/ 20 Minutes to Black Bear baseball, and WVU baseball field. The space The property has three tiny houses on it and we have taken steps to keep each unit private with privacy fences and have placed the homes so each has a nice view of Cheat Lake. Guest access There is a communal fire pit. Its very infrequent that many people use the fire pit as most of our guests are here for local events. Other things to note Boat trailer parking is available adjacent to the property.
