While the 2 flat screen TVs and WIFI are sure to keep you entertained, you may find yourself spending more time out on the private, oceanfront balcony relaxing in the salty breeze. It's the perfect place to spend your mornings with just a cup of coffee and your thoughts. The open floor plan allows entertainment to flow seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen while you prepare a nutritious lunch. Whether you're here for a relaxing retreat or an adventurous seaside escape, Carolina Reef 202 provides the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. 2 Parking Spaces Available On-Site Motorcycles and trailers must be parked in Carolina Reef’s overflow lot. Parking a motorcycle or trailer in the overflow lot requires the use of a parking pass. Only 2 parking passes are provided. No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. Linens are $35.00 per bed which includes 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, pillowcases, 2 bath towels, and 2 washcloths. Hand towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are not provided. Linens will NOT be available upon your arrival if not ordered in advance. The unit would only come furnished with comforters, pillows, and blankets. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit the day of your arrival and may arrive after you check in to the property. The beds will not be made. Please also note that toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are not provided. A valid Visa or Mastercard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals. The minimum check-in age is 25. There may be security cameras in the common areas of the condominium complex such as the hallways, parking area, and pool area that are not owned or controlled by Elliott Realty, Inc. nor the owner of the condo. The guest will check in at our rental office to collect their key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our Check-in hours are between 3pm-5:30pm (7pm in summer). You will receive a text message notification within that window once your unit has been cleaned and is ready for check-in. We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited. Violation of this will result in eviction.
