Private back patio perfect for pregame warm up or a fire in the fire pit to relax after a long exciting day. The space 4 bedroom home. In the middle of a wooded property down a little dirt lane. Enjoy a nice quiet room with your own private bathroom right across the hall. Secure parking right out front, you can see your vehicle from the room. Split floor plan, host has suite on other side of the house. Besides the Front entrance, kitchen and the back patio, common areas are rarely used when I am hosting. If you are looking for a place to rest, enjoy this cozy little hideaway in the middle of birds, bunnies and butterflies. Also, surprise visits from Sal the Owl, Milo the Fox, maybe a herd of deer or a flock of wild turkeys can wander by too. Guest access The bedroom and bathroom front entrance and back patio for smoking or vaping or enjoying the nature. Room has TV, DVD, Fire Stick with prime video access, internet, mini fridge and a single cup k-cup coffee maker. Thelaundry room is available upon request. Just ask that you check with the host before using. During your stay This is totally up to you. Texting is fine but you can call me anytime if you need anything. Other things to note Close to UF, Shands, Gainesville VA, Innovation Village, Gainesville Airport If you are coming to enjoy a game on UF campus I will drop you off at your game and then pick you up at the end of the game (at the same drop off point). No need to pay another $50 for parking. Centrally located about 1 and a half hours from the East or West coast beaches. 25 mins to popular rivers and springs. Centrally located between 441 and I75 so no matter where your headed it's easy to get a good start. Usually about 2.5 hrs to get to Tampa/Clearwater or Orlando.
