For the cooler months, there is a fitted gas fire. The villa also has fast Wi-Fi along with a smart TV. There are 3 large bedrooms, 1 double room with en-suite, 1 standard double, and a standard twin room. There is also a family bathroom with a shower. This villa has the most amazing outdoor space consisting of a large front terrace with a private swimming pool to have a dip and cool off in during the summer months, a new pool heater for year-round enjoyment, and a heated jacuzzi! The terrace also consists of a covered porch area which has a large dining table perfect for al fresco dining. To the rear of the property, there is another large terrace with seating and more stunning views, offering a different perspective of the surrounding countryside. A true gem of a villa set within the Cabrera mountains. Other things to note 🐾 No pets are allowed at this property. 🚭 No smoking is permitted inside the villa. 📅 Minimum stay: 7 nights. We welcome families, couples, and mature groups aged 28 and above.The primary guest must be at least 28 years old, and all guests must agree to our strict no-party, no-event, and no-unauthorized guest policy. Please note that all arrivals to the designated meeting point after 8.00pm are subject to a 25€ charge and a 50€ charge for arrivals after 10.00pm but before midnight. Any arrivals after midnight, with prior arrangement, can collect keys from a designated key safe at our office and be provided with instructions for entry to the property, providing the full balance of the holiday and security bond have been paid in advance. Arrivals after midnight that require a meet and greet will be subject to a 75€ charge.
