The house “Avgi” is named for its unique location, where you can witness the sunrise. “Avgi” means the beginning of a new day with the first light of the sun before it rises—the dawn or daybreak. In Hellenistic Greek, “αὐγή” (Avgi) signified sunlight. This name reflects the house’s serene and inspiring setting, offering guests a fresh start with every new day.
