Tastefully furnished and with attention to detail, this apartment can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Each space is designed to be unique, private and comfortable. The rooms, each about 20 square meters, are designed to have a dedicated relaxation space directly inside, a double set of pillows, and a double mattress (one in memory foam, firmer, and one with springs, more enveloping) The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a large living room and a kitchen with everything you need to cook. Your room consists of a double bed with a memory foam mattress (firmness: 8), a wardrobe, and a relaxation area. Living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared with other guests (maximum 2), if present. Guest access Access to the apartment is independent, a gate on the left side of the house allows you to enter and exit in total autonomy and privacy. Self check-in allows guests maximum autonomy and flexibility regarding arrival time (operation subject to conditions, contact the host). Guests will have access to their room and all common spaces: living room, kitchen, bathroom, balcony. Exclusions: access to the storage room/warehouse, with the technical equipment of the apartment (the only room with a key), is prohibited. Other things to note The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. The apartment is right next to the municipal stadium. When the city team, Brescia Calcio, plays at the Mario Rigamonti stadium (during the sports season, approximately twice a month), the area's road network undergoes major changes. Many roads will be closed and patrolled by stewards and law enforcement. Access by car to the house, from 4 hours before until 2 hours after the sporting event, will not be possible (there is however a large parking lot in the square of the Mompiano metro, a 4-minute walk away).
