Direct access to the A63 to discover the Gironde or Landes beaches and the Dune du Pilat (1 hour drive). 15 minutes by car, you can discover the Pessac Leognan castle route. My place is a relaxing base, very well located to radiate to discover Bordeaux, the surrounding vineyards, and access to the beach road.
