Reaching the ground floor, with garden and vegetable garden (in formation). And lawn in front of and around the house. All surrounded by high-strength fences and treated eucalyptus posts. On the sides, we have a vertical garden (in formation) reusing tires. At the bottom and at street level, we have an ecological retaining wall made with reused tires. We have a side staircase at the bottom that goes to the level of the kennel, the extra water reservoirs, the chicken coop, and the stocks of materials for reuse on the property. Rainwater collection for reuse. Capacity 400 liters. At street level, we have the parking area (7m x 9m) in the center, on sand, surrounded by plants. Guest access On the OUTSIDE:- You can use the parking area from street level, the ground level with gardens in front and on the sides. In the back, the barbecue area with a recycled wooden countertop and a metal barbecue grill. Inside the house:- Common areas: TV and living room, dining room, integrated American kitchen, bathroom, guest bedroom, service area. NOT part of the lease: Restricted area at the back: the Kennel, Chicken Coop and storage of materials, etc. Indoor area:- Upper floor: office, bedroom and upper floor closet. Maintenance workshop on the ground floor at the back. During your stay I'm in town. You can reach me by message or phone. Eventually I am upstairs in the office or private area. I go to the property daily to take care of the animals. Eventually it could be the caretaker, in which case I'll let you know beforehand. Other things to note No smoking inside the house.
