This 2-story, two bedroom, corner-unit townhome is perfect for families or anyone seeking comfort and convenience. The TV is glitchy, but works with patience. This is the unit's "SOFT OPENING" meaning that we're new hosts and are constantly making improvements each month. So, chances are that when you arrive something new will be added or improved compared to when you booked :D CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: We are unable to offer early check-ins or late check-outs until the day of your arrival or departure, as we cannot predict how the previous guest will leave the space or the next guest's arrival time (in case they request an early check-in). On the day of arrival or departure, feel free to ask, and we will let you know. If you need to guarantee early or late access to the unit, we recommend booking the night before or after. On the day of your arrival, let us know what time you'd like to check in or out, and if we can accommodate you, we’ll be happy to do so. We charge a $25 convenience fee to help cover the extra coordination required with the cleaning team and other guests' check-in/check-out times in case they're requesting the same service. CLEANLINESS: Thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained. The carpets are brand new & were just installed in October. Please take off your shoes at the door. 4. COMFORTABLE BEDS: Room 1 has a queen bed with 4 pillows, and Room 2 has a full bed with 4 pillows, both featuring quality mattresses, pillows, and linens. 5. Wi-Fi provided 6. CHEF'S KITCHEN: Electric oven, handheld blender, waffle maker, panini press, Magic Bullet blender, and Wilson’s Sonoma pots/pans. Fully stocked spice cabinet and custom coffee supplies upon request. 7. PARKING: Free street parking is available right outside the townhouse. 8. AMENTITIES: Air conditioning, heating, a gas fireplace, and a Vizio TV (it’s a bit glitchy, but is fully functional if you’re patient). There is a fully equipped kitchen and upstairs laundry. Detergent is not provided. 9. OUTDOOR SPACE: Patio with a porch swing provide added comfort. Enjoy access to a seasonal pool, jacuzzi (June – August), and gym (year round, ask for key ahead of time), plus free street parking. Ideal for families, pets, and outdoor lovers, with nearby bike trails, parks, and a prime location minutes from shops, restaurants, and CSU. 10. FAMILY- FRIENDLY: There’s a small neighborhood playground nearby, nature trails, and summer pool access, with child-safe outlet plugs. 11. PET-FRIENDLY: On a case-by-case basis. $35 per pet/night. Charged upon arrival via Airbnb Resolution Center and must be paid before check-in. Pets must be kenneled if you leave them at home alone. Please keep off beds and furniture. 12. LAUNDRY FACILITIES: in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer, perfect for guests during longer stays. Detergent is not provided. 13. REVIEWS: We truly value guest feedback and take it to heart. If anything doesn't meet our guests' expectations, we work diligently to make improvements, ensuring each stay is better than the last. 14. UNIQUE FEATURES: a cozy gas fireplace, access to a seasonal pool and hot tub (June - August), and a fully equipped year-round gym, just ask us for the key. 15. SAFETY AND SECURITY: Your safety is a top priority, with a Ring video doorbell, smoke detectors, secure locks, and a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. 16. WORK SPACE: Dedicated work space with a desk and chair in the guest room, plus fast Wi-Fi, with Starlink being added in April or May for even better connectivity. Guest access Guests will have access to the house through the front door. I'll provide a key for easy and convenient entry during the stay. Other things to note The townhouse is thoroughly cleaned before each guest's arrival. A detailed cleaning process is followed, including vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting all surfaces. Fresh linens and towels are provided, and the bathrooms are sanitized with special attention to high-touch areas.
