Quiet, newly built house, located in the center of Stazzona, overlooking Lake Como, just a few minutes from the main local tourist attractions and the best beaches. Great starting point for the most beautiful hiking trails in the area. The house is composed as follows: Open-plan kitchen with sofa bed, double bedroom that sleeps three, bathroom with shower. In front of the entrance, you can also take advantage of a convenient free car park. The space The open-plan kitchen and dining room have everything you need for basic and advanced cooking preparations. All the appliances in the kitchen are new and highly professional. Available: Oven Induction stoves Microwave Coffee machine Kettle Dishwasher American refrigerator and freezer The kitchen is also equipped with dishes. The room has a table and chairs and on request you can also have one or more high chairs for children. Television is present both in the dining room and in the bedroom. In the dining room there is a comfortable sofa bed, easy to set up. Linen is available upon request. The bathroom has a large shower, hairdryer and bidet. Towels are provided by the host, as well as bed linen. In the large closet in the bedroom, there are additional pillows and blankets. The house does not have air conditioning and the entrance can be reached via a flight of stairs of about 15 steps. Pets are welcome, as long as you follow a few small rules of good manners. Wi-Fi is not available. Free public parking within walking distance of the private entrance. Other things to note We are located in Stazzona, a strategic starting point for incredible mountain hikes and carefree afternoons at the lake. Stazzona is a small town but it is well equipped, in fact you will find: two restaurants overlooking the lake, among the best in the area, where you can taste local lake and Valtellina specialties. Both restaurants are within walking distance of Casa Maya, with a pleasant walk of 2 and 15 minutes respectively. A post office, and a small grocery store within a 2-minute walk. Numerous free parking spaces a few meters away from the entrance to the house. In addition, the entire village enjoys a wonderful view, from above, of Lake Como, with a panoramic point where you can enjoy sitting on a bench of all the spectacle offered by nature.
