In front of the villa, there is a saltwater swimming pool and a space for group activities or barbecues. It has 2 bedrooms with king-size beds. There are 2 clean bathrooms with water heaters. The living room features a large smart TV, a comfortable sofa, and connects to the dining table and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils and other amenities. There is a rooftop for enjoying beautiful views and fresh air. Additionally, our villa is close to Cafe Del Mar Beach Club, Phuket's top-rated restaurant, just a 3-minute drive away. It is also only 4 minutes from the beachside street walk, a popular area for souvenirs, street food restaurants, and famous massage and spa services. Other things to note 💡 ⚡ Electricity Policy • 15 units per day included • Excess usage charged at 6 THB per unit Sometimes, we find people leaving the patio door open while the air conditioner is on. Therefore, we separate the electricity cost from the overall price to ensure fairness to those who conserve electricity, while those who do not will be charged accordingly. Although there may be some minor additional expenses, this rule is in place to avoid wastage and help preserve our beautiful island. 🚭 No smoking, including cannabis, inside the house. A fine of 7,000 THB will be imposed for violations. (Smoking is allowed outside the house.) 🚫 No illegal items or drugs are allowed on the premises. 🏊‍♂️ After swimming in the sea, if you wish to use the pool, please rinse off any sand from your body before entering the pool. 🏊‍♀️ The saltwater pool maintenance staff will check the pool system every Monday and Thursday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. 🚮 Please dispose of food waste that may rot in the trash bin outside the house. 🥩We offer a free barbecue grill. Please clean it after use. If you do not wish to clean it yourself, our housekeeper can do it for a fee of 500 baht.
