The villa is walking distance to the beautiful Seven Seas Beach and Playa Escondida in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. Only an hour drive for San Juan´s Luis Muñoz Marin Airport. Walking distance to several restaurants, only a few minutes drive from the Conquistador Hotel & Casino, and the Croabas fisherman's village with a variety of tours. You’ll love the commodity, the spectacular views, the convenient location and gated community. The villa is good for couples, families and small groups. The space Palma Vista is a gated community located adjacent to Seven Seas Beach. The villa is a spacious 1,883 square feet property located on the second floor of a very tranquil and gated community. The villa provides ample space to enjoy with family and kids, there is a large balcony perfect for morning coffee. The villa has been recently furnished and decorated. There are is a Master bedroom with a queen bed and a Master bath, and access to the balcony. There are two additional rooms and a full bathroom. We provide Free WIFI in the whole apartment, Smart TV in the Master Bedroom, and Apple TV and DVD player in the living room. The washer and dryer is available for guests staying 4 or more nights, no cleaning liquid provided. There is NO Cable. We are now fully air conditioned (set at 72*F) and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is equipped for 6 guests. One house key and one padestrian gate key provided, as well as a gate beeper for entry exclusively via car. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, except for a closet that has been locked to safeguard owner's belongings. Guest have access to the Pool, Gazebo area and Playground. Also, the pool has been newly resurfaced and redesigned; a video is available if asked for. Other things to note Stand Up Paddle board available for use during your stay. We provide beach chairs, towels, and cooler. Board games are available in the villa.
