Hello and welcome to my Lexington Lakehouse Getaway. You’ll love my place because of the spectacular views, the location, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The house has been completely remodeled and very cozy. It is very calming to hear the waves of the water come in. The deck is equipped with a table, umbrella and 3 lounge chairs. There is cable tv and wifi internet at my home. The space You will have the entire house to yourselves to enjoy. The upstairs has one queen bed and two twin beds with two sofas and a beautiful view of the water. The lower level has one bedroom with an attached bathroom. Everything is completely updated. You have complete access to the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area, deck and beach. Everything in completely remodeled and very cozy! You will love the home! There are outside lounge chairs to sit by on the deck to enjoy the beautiful views of the water. Other things to note The water levels change frequently and I cannot promise what the beach will look like on your dates. Currently there is about 15-20 feet of beach. There are NO PETS allowed, NO SMOKING and NO extra visitors or parties over 4. Extra charges will be incurred. Upon checking out, please remove all food items. Please remove all used sheets and towels and place them on the floor next to the washer. Please run the dishwasher before leaving and don’t forget to put the key back in the lockbox. All garbage must be in plastic garbage bags (not loose) and there is a limit on the number of trash per reservation. Extra or loose trash will be charged.
