Heating element has been acting up so it’s more of just a pool now - unavailable until we can get that fixed. While regularly maintained, guests use at their own risk. A new dock will be installed in 2025/26. Guest access You will have access to the entire main home and are free to use all of the amenities (grill, fire pit, wooden pier), fully stocked kitchen and furniture features in the home. Please note: Property has its own small wooden dock and a small sloped dirt driveway launch from beside a shed across the lawn down to the pier on the water. The floating dock with boat lift in some pictures is part of the edge of the neighbor’s property and is not included in this rental. The basement (not pictured) is still under construction and is not included in this rental at this time. It also monitored by a motion activated security system. Other things to note The property is cleaned and serviced by a professional cleaning company Hot tub use is optional and has a $65 cleaning fee per stay. The house includes exterior motion activated security cameras, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, entry sensors etc. which are monitored remotely by a security company to alert the fire department and police in case of emergencies and suspicious or unauthorized activities These are in place to protect you, your valuables, and the property
