Completely renovated in 2024 :-) We are close to all tourist sites and amenities, in the heart of Vannes, between the train station and the medieval heart. You can easily walk down in 5 minutes through a small semi-pedestrian street to the ramparts and Vannes and the port. Some ideas for visits: restaurants, the Musée de la Cohue, the Cathedral, the halls, etc. The space Downstairs, a large living room with a sofa bed, a nice dining area and an open kitchen, as well as a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs a bed in the mezzanine and two bedrooms with double beds, one with shower room. We are on the second and top floor of the building, without an elevator. Guest access Self check-in is available to facilitate access to the accommodation at the time of your choice. Parking is available on the street, paid during the day from Monday to Saturday. The nearest free parking is at the Palais des Arts et des Congrès, 500 meters away. Other things to note The place is completely non-smoking. Sheets and towels are provided We must use each guest to clean and change linens. You will be asked to do your dishes and evacuate your waste at the end of the stay. Check-in is from 5pm and checkout is before 10am. Depending on availability, we can accept an earlier check-in and/or a late check-out for an additional charge of 30 euros per change.
