Welcome to my apartment at Marina Suites Nha Trang - No. 25 Phan Chu Trinh, Van Thanh, Nha Trang - My apartment has an area of 77m2 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a very spacious kitchen, living room and balcony. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and sunset in the afternoon right in the very romantic bedroom. The apartment is fully furnished and suitable for a long stay. Around the apartment there are many famous eateries, markets, supermarkets and only 5 minutes walk to the sea,.. The space The apartment is located on the 24th floor with a view of the sea, full of amenities, free washing machine, kitchen for the whole family to comfortably stay for a long time. High-speed wifi ensures efficient online work - It has 3 air conditioners and its own high-speed wifi (150-200mbps) - The door and wall system is very soundproof, quiet and comfortable - The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a sea view and a private bathroom, a king-size bed, and a super soft mattress. Desk with comfortable chair and vanity. - The second bedroom has a king size bed, 20cm soft mattress, desk and large wardrobe with city view and afternoon sunset + river and mountain view. - Spacious and modern living room. A dining table with 4 chairs. A 2.2m mattress sofa. - Spacious kitchen (with full of basic cooking utensils such as pans, pots, bowls, plates, knives, dishes,..) induction cooker, smoke extractor, microwave, refrigerator, rice cooker,...very suitable for a long stay. We will prepare the basics, if you need anything else, please let us know by messaging us. - Fully equipped bathroom with hot water, shower, some personal hygiene products like hotels. - The bed is a king size bed with a soft 20cm thick mattress. - The washing machine is located on the outside balcony with a clothes drying rack. - Swimming pool on the 4th floor, and costs 50,000 VND/person/time. You can buy tickets at the front desk on the 1st floor - There is a gym nearby, it costs about $25 per month, the daily training price is $2/day. - Around the building there are many Vietnamese food stores, 24/7 shops. Guest access - Welcome drink. - Kitchen and cooking utensils, washing machine, high-speed wifi, living amenities (iron, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, hand sanitizer, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent,...) - You can park in the building's garage. Motorbike tickets are 10,000 VND/day, cars are 150,000 VND/day and pay for security. - Tickets to use the swimming pool are 50,000 VND/person and 1,200,000 VND/month and are open from 6am - 6pm. The swimming pool is on the 4th floor and you can buy tickets directly at the reception hall on the 1st floor. - For long-term bookings, my housekeeper will come once a week to clean and change your new bedding for free. Other things to note - Our apartment is welcome to pets but because according to the regulations of the building, we are only welcome pets with a small size and weight less than 10kg and when entering and leaving the building must ensure that it is carried a collar and has a mouth shot or a pet in the backpack, please note this information carefully when booking. - Always remember to bring your card or put it in the lockbox when leaving the house. - When using the air conditioner, it is necessary to close the balcony door, close the toilet door to avoid the temperature difference and the leakage of water from the air-conditioner as well as avoid wasting electricity. - If you need to drop off your luggage, you can go to the front desk. Hours: Monday to Saturday (8:00 - 11:30, 13:00 - 17:00), no luggage storage on Sundays. Or you can leave your luggage at the luggage drop off area on the 1st floor with surveillance camera. - We guarantee that the room will be cleaned and bed linen changed before you check in. Please note: In the following cases you guys need to pay extra: 1, During your stay, we don't provide daily cleaning, you need to keep it clean by yourself. We have cleaning tools prepared in the evening. If you need us to clean, please contact us one day in advance and pay 200,000 VND to the cleaning lady. For long reservations, my keeper will come once a week to clean and change new linens for you for free. 2, We don't provide change of sheets, duvet cover, towels during the stay. You can use the washing machine to wash your own towels and clothes. If you need us to change towels, please pay 20,000 VND/1 towel to the cleaning staff. 3, The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 large beds 1.8m x 2m and 4 large towels. If you need extra mattresses or extra blankets or extra towels, please message us before you arrive. There will be a separate surcharge for additional parts. Note: If you find the apartment has something that is not clean or there are any issues that make you unhappy. Please take a photo of the issue and send it to me, I will take care of it for you immediately.
