The Bay Wind House is both units in a charming historic duplex with whimsical themes and updated amenities located smack dab in the middle of Green Bay’s many attractions. Less than 10 minutes from Lambeau Stadium, Titletown, Old Downtown Green Bay’s Restaurant District, the Fox River Trail, the University of Wisconsin campus, Bay Beach Amusement Park, and Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary. The space The perfect place to gather with family for a summer adventure, prep for a Packers game, or get cozy cooking a warm meal on a cool fall evening! When you book the entire duplex you will enjoy plenty of space for everyone! With both the upper and the lower unit, you have two fully stocked kitchens, two large dining rooms, two living rooms complete with board games and Roku TVs, and an enclosed porch on the ground level. To avoid any confusion, potential guests should thoroughly read ALL information below before requesting to book. (We promise that the info below will better prepare you for your trip and answer 99% of your questions!) Thank you! UNIT PERKS: -- This rental includes complete access to both units of the duplex, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the upstairs unit and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the downstairs unit. --Each unit includes a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, sink, stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, blender & coffee maker. Essentials like plates, cups, cookware, utensils, & paper towel will be provided for your use. (Please note that there are no dishwashers at this property.) --Guests can gather around either of the two large dining room tables to enjoy each other’s company over a good meal! The downstairs dining room also features a cozy window seat. --Along with coffee, creamer and sweetener are provided. --The downstairs bathroom features a modern shower with the option for a “rain” shower head, traditional wall mounted head, or a detachable hose style shower head. The upstairs offers a spacious, freshly remodeled bathroom. -- Hair dryers, showering essentials, and bath towels are available in each unit. -- Each unit features one bedroom with a closet, clothes hangers, and a dresser -- Each unit includes a desk space in one of the bedrooms that can be used as an office space. SLEEPING SET UP: The Bay Wind House sleeps a max of 12 people: Four bedrooms (queen beds) and two pull out couches (queen size, one in each of the two living rooms). Mattresses provided are Sleep Innovations memory foam mattresses. There is a memory foam pillow topper in the closet in each unit which we recommend for use with the pull out couch. TECHNOLOGY: --A Roku smart TV is hooked up in each living area, though we recommend exploring the town and local outdoor adventures over the tube! ;) --WiFi is provided. --A washer/dryer is available for your use in the basement. CHECK-IN INFO: --Guests who book will receive detailed check-in instructions and a key code for entry on the morning of their scheduled arrival. All of this will be communicated through AirBnB messenger. --Check-in is any time between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. --Check-out: Guests must check out by 10 a.m. so that we can clean/prepare for our next renters before they arrive. --Our cancellation policy is Moderate Guest access Guests will have full access to both units. Other things to note ADDITIONAL INFO: We welcome guests of all backgrounds! However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage, we will only be accepting booking requests from: --AirBnB users who are "verified" and who already have positive reviews from other hosts. --Renters that are above the age of 25. --Renters who are not bringing pets. --A maximum of 12 guests per reservation. Extra guests are not allowed. ***We value our relationship with our neighbors, so events/gatherings/parties are not to be held by guests. In order to keep the home in excellent condition for future guests, we are firm on these rules. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. ***Smoking is NOT allowed inside or around the property. If there is any evidence smoking occurred inside or within 50 feet of the property (smoke smell, ashes, paraphernalia, etc) there will be an additional $300 cleaning charge. ***Note that the driveway is shared with the neighboring house (split clearly down the middle by differing pavement types). Please be respectful of the neighbor’s space and make sure that parked vehicles do not encroach on their driveway. ***Note that if you are bringing infants/babies, the unit is NOT baby-proofed. (Furniture is not secured to walls, outlet blockers are not included, cabinets/drawers are not locked, etc.) You assume responsibilities for all guests. ***Note there are a few steps to enter the lower unit (both front and back doors), and the upper unit is up a flight of stairs. CITY OF GREEN BAY ORDINANCES We love the Green Bay community and want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to enjoy it! Please be mindful of the following City Ordinances during your stay: --Parked vehicles must not block the street or sidewalk, or any other public right-of-way. --Parking on the grass is not allowed. Vehicles must be parked in the designated parking areas on the driveway. --Parking on the street is prohibited between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. --Garbage must be placed inside of the provided containers with covers. --No person shall produce unreasonably loud noise (not to exceed 80 dB(A)) between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
